  I love this class. It is fun to come to, James makes it fun- you don’t even realize how hard you are working; because you are busy counting your punches and kicks. I lost 16 pounds with no dieting. I have since started to watch my food and I am now down 30 pounds-this combo of dieting and kick boxing is a real motivator for me. The girls at work laugh at me because I always say I am going fighting. Punching that bag is not only good for my body it is a great stress reducer. I also am sleeping better, wake up more rested and with increase energy. Give it a try the first class is free, so you really have nothing to lose but weight and stress.
